Blast Freezing

To supplement the two existing traditional blast freezers, we recently installed an additional blast freezer capable of freezing 80 tons to 18 degrees in a continuous 24 hour cycle.

This cutting-edge blast freezing facility, along with all the other chambers, is computer-monitored to ensure nothing less than optimum temperature control is achieved throughout.
